Turquoise wide shallow bowl

This copper bowl has been enamelled with a pale blue coloured ground glass, then refired with a pale blue turquoise glass. The oxides created a really interesting pattern within the bowl. The black on the outside is the natural oxides which has been waxed to create a light shine.
